Job Summary
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll be responsible for proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, managing job postings on various portals, and analyzing professional profiles for our open searches. Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve current processes
- Manage job postings on various portals and evaluate candidates who apply
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition
Essential Qualifications
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
