The Role
As an Online Chat Support Assistant, you'll play a critical role in providing outstanding service to our customers through our chat and email platforms. Your mission will be to engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Whether it's guiding customers through orders, resolving service issues, or maintaining follow-ups, your role will be key to fostering loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email, providing accurate and timely information on products and services.
