As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of talent matching. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Managing a portfolio of growth-tier customer accounts: Drive retention and identify upsell opportunities to ensure customers achieve maximum value from the platform. * Serving as the primary point of contact for customers: Ensure customers achieve key business outcomes using the platform, and provide strategic guidance to help them succeed. * Collaborating cross-functionally: Work closely with product, engineering, support, and sales teams to communicate customer needs and resolve issues. * Championing the voice of the customer: Use customer feedback to shape future product direction and inform business decisions. * Developing scalable customer engagement strategies: Create knowledge-sharing resources and support the development of customer engagement strategies that drive growth and retention. * Managing multiple accounts effectively: Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and meet commercial goals. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS. * Proven ability to manage renewals and meet or exceed commercial goals. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. * Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes. * A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications While not required, experience with clients in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, or within CRM/data services platforms is a plus.
