Job Summary

As a Customer Success Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through phone calls, email, and other communication channels. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information to ensure their satisfaction. With a focus on Mandarin and English language proficiency, you'll be able to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in placing online orders and resolving any issues that may arise

• Provide support through phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Process payments securely and efficiently
• Proactively support customers and maintain brand reputation by identifying and escalating priority issues
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer support and maintain high service quality standards
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field

• At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with a focus on call center experience (advantageous but not mandatory)
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• B2 level proficiency in English and Mandarin language skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service, active listening, and professional communication

Technical Skills

* Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy

• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment

• Knowledge of food ordering apps and online ordering systems
• Familiarity with payment processing systems and security protocols
• Certification in customer service or a related field
