Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information across various systems and databases
- Verifying data accuracy by reviewing and cross-referencing source documents
- Working remotely with internal teams to collect, clarify, and validate missing or incomplete data
- Identifying and correcting data inconsistencies and errors promptly
- Generating reports and summaries as needed for stakeholders
- Managing and organizing digital records in compliance with data security protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in data entry or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and database management tools
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy (50-70 WPM preferred)
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines while working remotely
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
