Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Work from Home, PA, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to patients and families across the country. You'll be responsible for responding to phone inquiries, addressing patient concerns, and providing empathetic support to those who need it most. Responsibilities

* Respond to phone inquiries from patients and families, providing empathetic support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits, using your knowledge and problem-solving skills to address their concerns
  • Document all interactions in real-time, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Identify and escalate patient concerns as needed, working closely with your team to provide comprehensive support
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
  • General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Reliable internet connectivity provided through a wired connection (mobile or hot spot environments not acceptable)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefits and related regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17-$23 per hour, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
