Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email, or chat
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements
- Analyze and report product malfunctions, and work with our technical teams to resolve issues
- Update our internal CRM system with information about technical issues and customer interactions
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and respond promptly to provide assistance
- Inform customers about new offers or services, and follow up to ensure their needs are met
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with our technician teams to improve our services
- Oversee the route optimization for technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Patience and empathy when handling challenging customers and situations
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the pool industry or a related field
- Knowledge of route optimization software and techniques
- Certification in customer service or a related field
