Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information. With a strong emphasis on language skills, you'll communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring seamless interactions and building trust.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering systems
- Develop product and solutions expertise, enabling you to answer complex questions confidently and efficiently
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
