Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers leave our stores feeling valued, satisfied, and loyal. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to meet their needs

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out trash
  • Develop and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting cycle counts
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and security measures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Familiarity with retail systems and technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or willingness to learn
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in multiple languages
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
