About This Role

As a Chat Support Professional, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services, and turning conversations into leads. Your goal will be to schedule appointments, capture customer contact information, and summarize interactions based on customer needs. You'll also develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services

  • Turn conversations into leads that drive revenue growth for our clients
  • Schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

Training:

Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST

Previous Experience:

Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not necessary

Basic Computer Skills:

Basic internet and window-based computer skills

Multitasking:

Strong ability to multitask is preferred, gaming experience is helpful

Positive Demeanor:

Positive and professional demeanor

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Adaptability:

Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
