Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative – Global Remote Chat Support, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support through live chat on websites and social media platforms. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries from existing customers and handling sales-related questions from potential customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
