Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack customer care professional to join our team of virtual customer care representatives. As a customer care professional, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving sales and revenue growth through consultative selling and upselling. Key Responsibilities

As a customer care professional, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell American Express SBS products and services
  • Providing product and service information to clients, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Enhancing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing sales
  • Providing exceptional customer care by answering questions and resolving issues in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation as per established procedures and protocols
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to integrity and compliance with all regulatory and compliance rules related to sales and customer care practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a call center or customer care environment
  • Strong product and service knowledge, including American Express SBS products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
