Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive video courses / test prep courses that effectively communicate key concepts and engage learners
- Create course outlines, lesson plans, and learning objectives tailored for vertical video platforms
- Record and edit video sessions, ensuring high production quality and engaging visual content
- Incorporate interactive elements, such as quizzes and discussions, to enhance learner engagement
- Provide clear and concise explanations, demonstrations, and examples in your instructional videos
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment through prompt feedback and responses to learner inquiries
- Collaborate with the epi team to optimize course content for maximum learner satisfaction and success
- Strong expertise in your subject area, demonstrated through existing online courses or a notable social media presence
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to learners
- Proficiency in recording and editing video content using industry-standard software and tools
- Experience in course design, including developing learning objectives and structuring course materials
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content
- Strong understanding of online teaching methodologies and learner-centered instruction
- Familiarity with vertical video platforms and their unique requirements is a plus
