Job Responsibilities

As an Admin and Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing General Clerical Administrative Support: Offer assistance to various departments, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
  • Operating Standard Office Equipment: Proficiently use photocopiers, scanners, and personal computers to complete tasks and maintain office efficiency.
  • Answering Telephones and Directing Calls: Respond to incoming calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, and take messages as needed.
  • Maintaining and Updating Filing, Inventory, and Mailing Systems: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records, manage inventory, and maintain mailing systems.
  • Handling Incoming and Outgoing Mail and Correspondence: Process and distribute mail, packages, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 0-2 Years of Administrative or Clerical Experience: Possess relevant experience in an administrative or clerical role.
