We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is 100% remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere and maintain a healthy work-life balance. As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, data analysis, and process improvement. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:- Monitoring and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns
- Entering data into our systems and ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborating with our team to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality
- Providing data insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and analysis
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications and skills:- 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:- Experience with data visualization tools and software (e.g. Power BI, D3.js)
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles
