Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data-driven systems and processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and plans
- Coordinating changes across departments and teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex data entry challenges
- Working with senior management, business partners, science, and engineering teams to create and execute on our vision
- Contributing to the development of new programs and features that drive business growth and customer engagement
Supported Television Promotions

- Technical product or program management
- Technical program management
- Experience planning or architecting (design examples, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience overseeing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release plans
- Experience buying/driving guide procedure and definition
- Active work experience overseeing complex technology projects
- Experience overseeing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable cycles, and planning release plans
Essential Capabilities
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:
- 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of technical program management experience
- Experience planning or architecting (design examples, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience overseeing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release plans
- Experience buying/driving guide procedure and definition
- Active work experience overseeing complex technology projects
- Experience overseeing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable cycles, and planning release plans
