Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative on our Amazon Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assisting customers with inquiries, product-related questions, and order-related issues, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer problems with a focus on first-contact resolution, ensuring that customers receive a seamless and satisfying experience.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues, and providing solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to ensure that customers receive accurate and relevant information.
• Meeting or exceeding performance expectations for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of the team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; however, you must have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers, and to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, and to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
