Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of our data. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve data discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of our data
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, working closely with our team to ensure data accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement data entry processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science, healthcare)
- 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Experience with data analysis and reporting a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
