About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Account Director to join our ChatGPT Enterprise Sales team. As a key driver of opportunities, you will be responsible for leading our enterprise prospects' journeys from consideration to purchase. You will partner with Account Associates, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to build and execute complex customer evaluations, demos, and pilots. Your expertise in designing and executing complex deal strategies will be crucial in achieving revenue targets and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead our enterprise prospects' journeys from consideration to purchase, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience

  • Partner with Account Associates, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to build and execute complex customer evaluations, demos, and pilots
  • Forecast your pipeline and targets on a weekly basis, providing accurate and timely insights to inform business decisions
  • Closely monitor the industry landscape (people, competitors, partners, etc.) to contribute to product roadmap and other corporate strategies
  • Collaborate with solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering to drive business growth and innovation
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of other teammates, ensuring a smooth transition and effective knowledge transfer
  • Support the development of company culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment

Essential Qualifications

* 6+ years of experience in selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service at a product-led growth company

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets of $1M+ per year for more than 6 years
  • Expertise in designing and executing complex deal strategies, with a strong understanding of customer needs and pain points
  • Experience in supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies, with a focus on building strong relationships with executives and professionals across functions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex market intelligence into actionable insights
  • Experience in reporting on customer success activities, with a focus on measuring and improving customer satisfaction and retention

Preferred Qualifications

* Passion for or deep curiosity in artificial intelligence, with a desire to educate customers on AI and its applications

  • Experience in leading high-visibility customer events (CAB, conferences, product launches, etc.), with a focus on showcasing AI capabilities and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to experiment with new solutions and approaches
  • Experience in building strong systems and processes from the ground up, with a focus on executing them with precision and efficiency
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to think and plan forward on the order of years and bring internal and external stakeholders along with your strategy
