Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Interacting daily with visitors on our client's websites via live chat software, providing exceptional customer support in real-time
  • Handling multiple incoming requests for information, staying calm under pressure, and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
  • Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Collaborating with the Online Chat Manager to ensure seamless customer support and resolve any issues that may arise

Essential Qualifications

* Basic English writing skills

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

* Previous experience in customer support or a related field
