About the Role

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our databases with precision and efficiency. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and effectively, and that our data is accurate and up-to-date. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity with benefits, and no prior technical experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

* Input, update, and maintain information in databases with precision and efficiency

• Monitor and troubleshoot database issues to ensure system stability and performance
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records and reports
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Technical Skills and Training

Network Administrator Job Duties

As a Data Entry Specialist, you may also be responsible for performing network administrator duties, including:

• Monitoring WAN links for stability
• Monitoring routers, switches
• Provisioning IP Addresses, LAN/VLAN
• Alerts and log monitoring
• Preventative Health Checks
• Incident Management
• Reporting
• Administering security and IAM

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
• Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
• Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment
• Ability to relocate or reside in the Hillsboro, OR area (relocation reimbursement provided)
