What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls from our valued cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information, authorizing sales, and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
• Building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
• Utilizing proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking, and navigate Microsoft Outlook with ease

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, customers, and colleagues
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking, and navigate Microsoft Outlook with ease
• A quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet, as you'll be working from home
• The ability to meet in person occasionally, with a commute time of 2.5 hours or less from the affiliated arenaflex location in Kansas City, KS

What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have 6 months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience
• Live within a 2.5-hour commute of the affiliated arenaflex location in Kansas City, KS
• Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
• Have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (arenaflex will not sponsor individuals for employment visas)
