Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven WFH Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to join our team. As a key member of our claims coordination team, you will provide a wide variety of administrative and staff support services, including data entry, customer service, and claims processing. Responsibilities

As a WFH Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Entering claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
  • Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
  • Collaborating with our claims coordination team to resolve complex issues and improve processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
  • Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a claims or insurance-related field

  • Knowledge of claims management systems and software
  • Certification in customer service or data entry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
