Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time data entry virtual assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities

As a part-time data entry virtual assistant with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms, including but not limited to:

+ arenaflex's proprietary software + Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) + Google Workspace

  • Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring high-quality results and minimizing errors
  • Assisting in organizing files and documentation as needed, maintaining a clean and organized digital workspace
  • Generating reports based on data analysis when required, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless workflow, effective communication, and timely project delivery
  • Communicating effectively regarding project updates, deadlines, and progress, maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Minimum of 2 years of experience

in data entry or related roles, with a proven track record of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)

and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems

Strong attention to detail

with excellent organizational skills, ensuring high-quality results and minimizing errors

Ability to manage time effectively

and meet deadlines independently, working in a remote setting with minimal supervision

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
