As a Chat Sales and Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the unique opportunity to assist our customers in real-time through chat. Whether they have questions, need assistance, or just want to know more about our services, you'll be the friendly face (well, technically a friendly text!) that they turn to for help. What You'll Be Up To:

As a Chat Sales and Support Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers through our chat platform, providing swift and friendly support that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
• Understanding customer queries to deliver accurate and timely information that resolves their issues and answers their questions.
• Handling inbound chat sales, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase our services and build relationships with our customers.
• Resolving customer issues with a cheerful and solution-oriented approach that leaves a positive impression.
• Ensuring a seamless and delightful experience as you handle multiple chats simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
• Knowing when to escalate matters to ensure customer concerns are fully addressed and resolved.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ years of sales experience, although we're open to candidates who are just starting out.
• Experience in hospitality or a call center is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and writing skills that enable you to effectively engage with customers and resolve their issues.
• Comfortable using computers, including typing and navigating multiple tabs and systems.
• A passion for resolving issues and making customers smile, with a dynamic and energetic personality that fits our team's culture.
• Ability to juggle tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage your time to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• A strong phone presence with experience making lots of calls is a bonus, but not required.
