Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to individuals seeking health insurance enrollment support. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, manage accounts, and provide technical support. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and guidance as needed
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Respond to online chat inquiries and provide support via phone and email
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adapting to changing projects and updates as needed
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure expertise in health insurance products and services
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet; cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
  • NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus
