Key Responsibilities

* Maintain positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions

• Work from home, provided that your computer meets arenaflex's minimum technical requirements
• Navigate through multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
• Meet performance and productivity standards, as well as adhere to arenaflex's quality and service standards

• Dedicated High Speed Internet:

• Weekend Training – 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
