Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in upholding the high standards of our airline. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, assisting customers with their travel needs, including booking, modifying reservations, and providing information about flight schedules and policies. You'll also address customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one. ### Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with booking and managing reservations
