Job Description
As a Trader Administrations Group captain, you will report directly to our Dealer Administrations Manager and work closely with our Inbound Operations team to deliver exceptional customer service to our merchants. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide mentorship to colleagues to improve their overall performance on all key metrics
- Demonstrate imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace culture
- Act as a student of the business, seeking ways to develop and learn about the company
- Make a positive impact on customer experience by inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer support and making working with us easy for merchants
- Recognize opportunities for improvement and execute tasks to enhance efficiency and quality
- Answer and address customer complaints and concerns from merchants and customers
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Enjoys diagnosing issues and creating innovative solutions to tackle challenges
- Is customer-driven and successful at working with individuals with varying levels of technical expertise
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where they are continually learning new skills and applying them to their daily work
- Is proficient in using Google Sheets or able to perform data analysis
- Excels in both individual and team-based settings
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working in an office environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
