Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
  • Communicating with patients and medical professionals to schedule appointments and obtain necessary patient information
  • Working independently with little to no supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
  • Adapting to changes and modifications in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
