Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handling a high volume of calls, chats, and emails, with an average of 50-60 interactions per shift
- Meeting our high standards of customer satisfaction, exceeding customer loyalty, and achieving customer care effectiveness metrics
- Building relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations
- Listening effectively, empathizing with clients, and resolving their concerns in a fair and timely manner
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, often in a first-contact resolution approach
- Performing various tasks, such as navigating multiple systems, tabs, and screens to provide accurate and timely responses
- Identifying areas for improvement and sharing feedback with our leadership team to drive continuous growth and development

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a Windows-based environment or similar
- Private and dedicated workspace, free from distractions and interruptions
- Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 25Mbps (download) and 5Mbps (upload)
- Ability to pass a background check and comply with all company policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal downtime
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
