Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our IT team at arenaflex. As a key member of our digital innovation group, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud application development will help us make informed decisions and optimize our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including digital channels, personalization, and loyalty teams
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business value
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Create and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports to support business stakeholders
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and business analysts to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain expertise in cloud-based data platforms, including AWS Redshift, QuickSight, and Athena
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud application development
- 3+ years of experience in online business stage development
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools, including PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and Tableau
- Experience working with large datasets and social media platforms (SQL and NoSQL)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience working with big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark
- Expertise in machine learning and predictive analytics
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
- Certification in data science, business intelligence, or a related field (e.g., Google Data Analytics Certification, Power BI Certification)
- Experience working with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
