Job Description:

As a Client Care Guide at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experience to our clients via telephone, email, and online. You will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with various issues, including charging and protection checks, items, or service questions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

* Help clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with charging/protection checks, items, or service questions

  • Oversee both inbound and outbound calls
  • Proactively identify answers for questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
  • Adopt an involved approach to resolving each issue, claiming it beginning to end or leaving behind drug specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is essential
  • Provide top-tier customer service experience to our clients while working in a high-speed environment
  • Assist with responding to client requests in regard to their protection and copays, as the need may arise
  • Furnish our clients with specialized help while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com
  • Serve clients promptly to guarantee we are expanding our relationship with them
  • See every interaction is about more than resolving a single issue, but a chance to build a long-term relationship

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication management
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
