Job Summary
As an Experienced Warehouse and Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily fulfillment and customer support processes. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their products on time and in good condition
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases, features, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Work closely with our warehouse team to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to travel for training, trade shows, and other business-related activities (post-COVID-19)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the RC industry or a related field
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer-facing tools
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
