What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers at arenaflex. - Answering incoming communications from customers, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries and concerns
- Conducting research to provide answers for customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring that customers receive the best possible experience
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy, ensuring that customers' sensitive information is protected
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and customer service
- Computer experience, with a reliable high-speed internet connection (15 Mbps or faster)
- A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android, for daily log-in and communication
- A USB wired headset (recommended), or a compatible headset that meets arenaflex's technical requirements
