Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our travelers, assisting with booking travel arrangements, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure smooth travel experiences for our customers, staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals

  • Provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth travel experiences for customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of travel booking systems and software
