The Role

As an Overnight Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through live chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing online chat applications to engage with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their queries
  • Addressing customer concerns related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat during overnight hours

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently

Contract Length and Rate

* Open-ended contract with no fixed term

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

Requirements:

* Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) with internet connectivity

  • Ability to use social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions precisely
  • Availability to work 10+ hours per week during overnight hours
  • Reliable internet connectivity is essential

Hours and Location

* Flexible schedule, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, tailored to fit your schedule

  • Fully remote position, open to candidates across the globe with a preference for those based in the United States due to the timing of overnight hours

Essential Qualifications:
