Responsibilities
* Participate in focus group discussions by completing written and oral instructions.
- Provide feedback on products and services using written surveys or during live discussions.
- Use provided products and/or services (if applicable) and share your experience during meetings.
- Show up at least 10 minutes before the scheduled discussion start time.
Job Requirements
* Must have access to a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
- Must be willing to engage fully in one or several focus group topics.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow both oral and written instructions.
- No prior customer service experience necessary.
