Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in the United States, offering a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 40-50 plus WPM

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Starting pay: $14.00 to $19.00 per hour

Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST.
