About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team at The Elite Job. As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, ensuring that we have the right talent in place to drive our mission forward. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the IT and non-IT sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring plans.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job openings to conducting interviews.
• Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Oversee employee relations and resolve any workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.
• Develop and execute strategies for employee development, training, and career advancement.
• Lead performance management processes and provide guidance on goal setting and feedback.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
• Stay current with HR trends and regulations to adapt and refine our HR practices accordingly.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience in IT or non-IT sectors is an advantage.
