Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately reviewing, interpreting, and entering patient data into our computer system, including medication orders, dosages, and payment information
• Contacting healthcare providers and insurance companies to verify patient information and ensure accuracy
• Responding to patient calls to arrange and manage new prescription orders and reorders, including verifying benefits and coverage
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with our team to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the data entry process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
• At least 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy setting
• Proficiency in Windows-Based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, web browsing, and email
• Strong keyboarding skills and ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician

• 90 days of experience handling and resolving customer needs via telephone
• Medical experience and knowledge of benefits, insurance, and medications
• Clinical charging, coding, and other clinical supporting roles
• Customer service experience in an office setting
• At least 6 months of professional work experience, including inbound and outbound telephone customer care
