Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across a range of industries and sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in comprehensive training and certification programs to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role
  • Providing top-notch customer service through inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats, using your friendly and approachable attitude to guide and support our customers
  • Committing to and following through on working a minimum number of hours per week, allowing you to balance your work and personal life with ease
  • Being accountable in all areas of your work with us, including meeting performance targets and adhering to our high standards of professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Standard Requirements

+ Customer experience preferred but not required; excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential + A quiet, dedicated workspace with a desktop or laptop, headset, and reliable wired high-speed internet connection + Professionalism, excellent typing, communication, and computer skills + Strong spelling and grammar skills + Willingness to submit to standard background checks, drug tests, technology checks, and voice assessments + A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high customer satisfaction ratings + Excellent command of the English language + 18 years old or older + High school degree or equivalent + Authorized to work in the US + Reside in the US + Not eligible to residents of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin + Access to a smartphone for system verification
