Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across various systems and platforms. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and you'll be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across various systems and platforms
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity
• Developing and maintaining documentation and guidelines to support data entry and management
• Providing training and support to colleagues on data entry and management best practices
• Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data entry and management projects
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience creating and managing documentation and guidelines projects, ideally including data entry and management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with documentation best practices, technical writing, and reporting
• Strong ability to create and deliver effective training and communication materials
• Experience driving teams or projects, with a strong ability to collaborate, build consensus, and drive results
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong ability to focus, manage multiple tasks, and work independently in a quick-paced climate
• Strong ability to work, communicate, and lead in a highly collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience with data entry and management software, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Vizio applications
• Strong ability to analyze data and develop data-driven solutions
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Strong ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders, with a focus on creating inclusive and equitable experiences
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
