Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Verifying data from source documents according to established procedures and rules
- Entering data into our systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Searching entire applications while assembling files in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing all necessary Text, CWU and Drawings information
- Completing timesheets on a weekly basis
- Following standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements
- Performing other job-related duties as required
Qualifications
To be successful as a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll need to have:
- A high school graduate or equivalent
- A commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training
- A commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at-home hours per week
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of computer applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet scheduled deadlines
- Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed
- Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments
- Ability to meet and maintain each applicable department's quantity and quality metrics
- High-speed internet capability
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Preferred Locations
We're looking for candidates who are currently living in the geographic regions (and surrounding areas) listed below:
- Pittsburgh, PA
- Aiken, SC
- Des Moines, IA
- Greater Philadelphia area
Training Class
Training classes will be scheduled approximately 2 months after candidates complete pre-employment testing, interview, and necessary Government background investigations/clearance process.
