What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Phones, Emails, and Live Chat: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll need to be able to respond quickly and effectively to their inquiries.
  • Professionally Responding to Customer Inquiries: You'll need to be able to provide clear, concise, and helpful responses to customer questions and concerns.
  • Identifying and Escalating Priority Issues: You'll need to be able to identify and escalate priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need in a timely manner.
  • Following Up on Complicated Customer Interactions: You'll need to be able to follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they're satisfied with the support they've received.
  • Recording Details of Customer Interactions: You'll need to be able to record details of customer interactions accurately and efficiently, using our CRM system.
  • Developing Rapport with Customers: You'll need to be able to build rapport with customers, using your communication skills and empathy to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Offering Solutions, Not Excuses: You'll need to be able to provide solutions to customer problems, rather than simply offering excuses or apologies.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

  • 1 Year of Customer Service-Related Experience: While experience is preferred, we're open to considering candidates who are new to the industry.
  • 1 Year of Call Center Experience: While experience is preferred, we're open to considering candidates who are new to the industry.
  • Basic Knowledge of Computers: You'll need to have basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing, and using software applications.
  • Excellent Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling: You'll need to have excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, as you'll be communicating with customers in writing.
