Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Assist customers in expediting orders, correcting post-sales problems, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the E-Commerce industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
