Job Summary:

As an Experienced Customer Success Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights, analytical skills, and technical expertise to drive business success and maximize customer investments in our SaaS products and subscriptions. You'll develop and execute project plans and account strategies, focusing on customer and executive relationship management to improve customer satisfaction. You'll also collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and promote a compliant and successful digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive business success and enhance product adoption

  • Develop and execute project plans and account strategies to improve customer satisfaction and maximize customer investments in arenaflex's SaaS products and subscriptions
  • Apply engineering principles to support the implementation and effective use of arenaflex cloud technologies and services
  • Analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities that align with customer needs and drive long-term value creation
  • Proactively manage programs across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and execution
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and promote a compliant and successful digital transformation

Minimum Requirements:

* Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field

  • Two (2) years of experience building customer relationships and optimizing project efficiency
  • Two (2) years of experience in:

+ Information Systems and Technology Product Management + Project Planning Methodologies (GANTT or IDEF) + Software as a Service (SaaS) + Product Roadmap Planning + Technical Project Management

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Experience with cloud technologies and services
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs and market trends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on relationship management and customer satisfaction

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and analytics

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Base salary: $154,855 to $184,855
