Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your duties may include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting necessary information, such as claim details and customer changes
  • Building meaningful relationships with customers through a customer-first approach
  • Enhancing customer experience through personalized service, active listening, and effective problem-solving
  • Meeting and exceeding quality and productivity goals, while complying with all regulatory requirements
  • Navigating computer systems and applications to service customers and enable them to get the most from our online platform
  • Managing production-related activities, such as complaints and escalations
  • Prioritizing and adapting to an ever-changing environment

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • English language fluency required
  • Relationship-building skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to de-escalate customer situations
  • Demonstrates personal excellence by remaining positive in difficult situations

  • Strong proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word and Excel

Work Environment and Schedule

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll work in a hybrid environment, with a combination of in-office and virtual days. Our office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-9:00pm ET, and Saturday-Sunday, 10:00am-6:30pm ET. You'll be required to work any schedule/hours to support our servicing levels.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $20.00 to $22.60 hourly, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
