Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through demonstrating product knowledge, problem-solving, and research skills
  • Managing high-quality communications with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Meeting high qualitative and productivity KPI expectations, such as quality of customer interactions, average handle time, adherence to shift, and more
  • Promoting the arenaflex brand through conflict resolution abilities and effective communication skills
  • Advocating for our customers to help us grow the business
  • Becoming licensed in multiple states, through applicable gaming commissions, to assist customers across platforms

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong product knowledge and research skills
  • Ability to meet high qualitative and productivity KPI expectations
  • Familiarity with gaming industry regulations and compliance
  • Ability to become licensed in multiple states, through applicable gaming commissions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a gaming or entertainment industry
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
