Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through demonstrating product knowledge, problem-solving, and research skills
- Managing high-quality communications with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Meeting high qualitative and productivity KPI expectations, such as quality of customer interactions, average handle time, adherence to shift, and more
- Promoting the arenaflex brand through conflict resolution abilities and effective communication skills
- Advocating for our customers to help us grow the business
- Becoming licensed in multiple states, through applicable gaming commissions, to assist customers across platforms
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong product knowledge and research skills
- Ability to meet high qualitative and productivity KPI expectations
- Familiarity with gaming industry regulations and compliance
- Ability to become licensed in multiple states, through applicable gaming commissions
