As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading category management and guest insights projects, working closely with the Growth, Customer Marketing, and Sales organizations to develop strategies and tactics that maximize opportunities for our customers, categories, and arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

As a Director on our Customer Strategic Insights team, you will be responsible for leading by example with FSOP analytics and data asset tools and resources, generating insights that inform customer business planning and assortment strategies, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive growth and innovation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading category management and guest insights projects, working closely with the Growth, Customer Marketing, and Sales organizations
  • Developing strategies and tactics that maximize opportunities for our customers, categories, and arenaflex
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive growth and innovation, including customer teams, platform services, retail category leadership, and human insights
  • Leading by example with FSOP analytics and data asset tools and resources, including Coca-Cola Foodservice data sources and subscribed platforms
  • Generating insights that inform customer business planning and assortment strategies, including customer and category reviews, fielding primary research, and creating enabling materials for the broader FSOP organization
  • Communicating complex concepts and information to a wide, varied audience in a concise and engaging manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 8+ years of work experience, preferably in the CPG industry
  • A Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • Regular customer engagement and a background of owning and using primary research projects and budgets
  • A mix of strong analytical, project management, and storytelling experiences
  • Experience with Foodservice and On-Premise, including presenting to senior leaders of own and external organizations
  • Proven track record for delivering sustainable results

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with Coca-Cola Foodservice data sources and subscribed platforms
  • Willingness to learn new tools and solutions and become an active ambassador of new programs
  • Advanced strategic thinking, including framing of issues, solutions, and paths to implementation
  • Business planning, inclusive of corporate and customer needs/considerations
  • Highly analytical, incorporating market and customer research, financials, customer, and sales team feedback

Technical/Functional Skills

As a Director on our Customer Strategic Insights team, you will need to have:

  • Heavy usage of Coca-Cola Foodservice data sources and subscribed platforms, including DINE, CBL, Circana, Datassential, Technomic, Mintel, Euromonitor, Placer.AI, MRI Simmons, and Statista
  • Willingness to learn new tools and solutions and become an active ambassador of new programs
  • Advanced strategic thinking, including framing of issues, solutions, and paths to implementation
  • Business planning, inclusive of corporate and customer needs/considerations
  • Highly analytical, incorporating market and customer research, financials, customer, and sales team feedback
  • Ability to collaborate with key internal and external cross-functional stakeholders, effectively influencing a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines from different stakeholders and prioritize the highest leverage opportunities
  • Effective communication and building relationships at all organizational levels
  • Ability to champion initiatives end-to-end
  • Leadership of fielding primary qualitative and quantitative research, connecting business needs to appropriate research methods, and extracting strategic, actionable value from studies

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Director on our Customer Strategic Insights team, you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Base pay: $160,000 - $186,000
  • Annual incentive reference value percentage: 30
  • A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position
